A prosperous and integrated community is a result of the individual and collective efforts that each member of a community contributes in order to benefit their peers. We at Blank Canvas Hair Co. strongly believe in this, and thus, diligently gather together our efforts so that a much more purposeful and useful change can be brought about by the people in the community.
This April, join hands with us as we play our essential role in the society. We aim at improving the lives of the women who need our help and we want to do this with you. These women reside in the Kelowna Women’s Shelter, a shelter that provides food, shelter, clothing, counselling, and several other services to women and their children who may be homeless, abused, or require counseling. The aim of this amazing shelter is to uplift the women of our society who have long been mistreated.
Thus, our plan is to donate as much as possible that we can for this philanthropic organization. We realize that giving goes in full circle and our plan provides an excellent manner to be able to do this. As responsible community members, we need to ensure that through our efforts we are able to bring positive changes to the lives of others and help them build the self-esteem and confidence to be able to do something for themselves.
So, our basic plan is to Recycle, Reuse, and Revamp. To put it simply, we offer you an excellent opportunity to be a major part of this community by helping those around you, not with money, but with products and tools that can benefit them in a positive manner.
In order to be part of this campaign, you will be required to bring to us all those beauty products and tools that aren’t working for you and we will donate them to the Kelowna Women’s Shelter where your contributions will be handed over to these women in need. Through this, we can ensure that our little contribution is affecting someone’s life in a positive way.

Another important aim of this campaign is to ensure environmental sustainability. When you donate all of those beauty products and tools that you don’t use anymore and are planning to throw away, this will ensure that we are as a community recycling those products and services for a better use rather than tossing them into the trash.
